1. Digital Products Covered
These terms apply to all digital products sold or distributed via our website, including but not limited to:

• Printable activity bundles
   
• Illustrated story PDFs
   
• Digital wallpapers or art
   
• Downloadable audio files
   

2. Delivery of Digital Goods
Upon successful payment, digital files will be:

• Delivered via instant download, or
   
• Sent to the email address provided at checkout

3. Refund Policy
All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

If you believe a file is corrupted, incomplete, or incorrectly delivered, please email us within 7 days of purchase, and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue.

4. Copyright & Usage
All content is the intellectual property of Feather & Flame Studios and Sarah Hudgeon. By purchasing, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only. You may not:

• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute the content in any form
   
• Claim the content as your own
   
• Use the content for commercial purposes without written permission
   

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Feather & Flame Studios.

5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use any purchased content in ways that:

• Violate copyright or trademark laws
   
• Harm, exploit, or misrepresent individuals, including children
   
• Involve any AI training, scraping, or data mining without consent
   
• Enable unlawful or defamatory distribution
   

6. Limitation of Liability
Feather & Flame Studios is not liable for:

• File compatibility issues with your devices
   
• Loss of access due to incorrect email entry or download limits
   
• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from product use
   

Maximum liability, if any, is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or purchase of products after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
