Licensee Agreement – Royalty Terms
By entering into a licensing agreement with Feather & Flame Studios, Licensee agrees to the following royalty terms:

• Royalty      Rate: [e.g., 10–30% of net revenue]
• Reporting:      Royalties must be reported [monthly/quarterly] with itemized sales.
• Payment      Schedule: Royalties are due by the [15th of the month] following the close      of the reporting period.
• Audit      Clause: Feather & Flame Studios may request sales and revenue      documentation upon notice.
• Ownership:      All licensed rights are limited and revocable. The original IP remains the      sole property of Sarah Hudgeon / Feather & Flame Studios.
