All sales of digital goods (eBooks, printables, illustrations, audio files, etc.) are final.

Due to the nature of downloadable content, we do not offer refunds once a file has been accessed or downloaded.

If a product is incomplete, corrupted, or delivered incorrectly, please contact sarah@featherandflamestudios.com within 7 days of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to replace or repair the issue.
